You need a quick head cover, what's your go-to?
When your hair has been coming out in clumps, for whatever reason (maybe chemotherapy, maybe alopecia) and there's a knock on the door...
You might feel confident enough to answer the door 'au natural' and praise be the woman who thinks "Stuff it! Take me as you find me". But I know the reality - from talking to hundreds of women who are struck with an inner crashing confidence crisis in just this situation.
It's hard enough dealing with your own emotions in the sanctuary and privacy of your own boudoir.
The ideal 'grab & go' has to be a Comfort Turban. It's the same quick rescue whether you have some hair or no hair.

Why do I love this little gem so much?
Apart from the obvious fact that it's ready made, soft & stretchy and takes only a couple of seconds to put on.
For me, it's all about the 'V' or should I say ˄ .
We associate the ˄ shape with a centre parting and that's how your hair would naturally fall if you didn't have a fringe. Our eyes do not have to try to make any sense of this visual input. Not exactly trompe l'oeil, but you get the idea.
There are loads of 'chemo' caps out there. All soft & comfy etc, but many have a straight line or band at the hair line. The challenge here, is that nobody's hair line is flat line and a fringe cut straight is usually low to the eyebrows. It's not as easy to dress this sort of cap to replicate a more 'natural' look to the eyes. I know that many women have perfected that look, but it takes a lot of practice for it not to look like an operating theatre scrubs cap.
Nadia Hussain looks amazing in her head wrap, but has taken to softening the look by bringing it further back to show her hair line (which is fine if you have one). This is also not a 'grab & go' look, but a well practiced technique using a long scarf.
So back to the little gem of the Comfort Turban (and also the Snugsoft Cap) with their flattering ˄ line. These versatile head covers make a fabulous base layer and lend themselves beautifully to being adorned with extra dressings such as the La Rouche Scarf or Hair & Head Wrap, when you want to be a bit more showy.
Who'd have thought this humble little turban (& cap) could be so forgiving and giving. What's not to love!
